Sauteed Potatoes and Green Onions
Ingredients
1/2 Box RLF Potatoes
8 Green Onions
2 tablespoons Ghee, Butter or Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and slice potatoes into thin half moons
Heat frying pan to medium
Add Ghee, Butter or Oil
Add Potatoes
Add salt and pepper
Stir and Flip Potatoes every 4 minutes or so to prevent burning
Meanwhile, cut root tips off bottom of Green Onions
Slice onions thinly, starting at the bottom, as high up as you want
When Potatoes start to brown, add Green Onions
Add salt and pepper to taste
Continue stirring and flipping until everything looks done
Taste and add more salt if needed
